It's located in Puglia, the famed boot of Italy, but unlike every other region in Puglia it makes these aromatic and light refreshing wines which are super crisp. This one spends just under 5 months in stain; ess steel. We get sea breeze, brine, apple skins, yellow flowers and our thirst quenched. The wine has this unique jasmine note we can't get enough of.
