Chito's Gvino Pink Paradise 2022Rkatsiteli and Saperavi from Kakheti, Georgia; light bodied and dry with notes of cranberry, strawberry bon bon, Maraschino cherry, blackberry fruit leather, Brazil nut, leather, and flowers, with medium plus acidity and soft dry tannins on the end. Organic Juice from the white Rkatsiteli grapes is macerated with Saperavi skins in Qvevri for 2 months. The wine is then moved to stainless steel tanks for further aging.
