2022er "La Monatine" Chardonnay, trocken, 13 % vol., Domaine Rougeot, BIO, 750 mlFR BIO 01. 100 % Chardonnay aus einer zwei Hektar groen Einzellage auf lehm kalkhaltigem Boden. Die Reben sind 55 Jahre alt. Die Trauben werden handverlesen, direkt gepresst und spontan in neutralen Fssern vergoren. Anschlieend reift der Wein 11 bis 18 Monate in neutralem Holz. Mittlerer Krper, mit etwas Wrme und Flle im Abgang. Der Wein wird zum Verschnitt in Stahltanks abgefllt und ruht einen Monat vor der Abfllung.
