Silky smooth yet intensely structured, this is a giant of a Chteau Margaux. Bordering on monolithic, it demands time in the glass, with which it gradually reveals some of its many layers. This still feels tightly coiled and relatively youthful, and I suspect it will benefit immensely from a few more years in the cellar. The
