The AO Dual Density Helm Pad consists of a comfortable low density 17 mm foundation and finished with a 3 mm brushed high density top layer found on our traction pads and sheets. They are durable, stain resistant, and non absorbent. Our helm pads measure 36" x 15" x 20 mm thick. This foam helm pad comes
