English Sanskrit DictionaryLate. Shri Vasudeo Govind Apte (1871 1930) was a great Marathi lexicographer. He had compiled many dictionaries. The original edition of this dictionary compiled by Late. shri. V. G. Apte was enlarged to some extent by B. D. Mulgaonkar in 1936. While compiling the original dictionary; V. G. Apte made use of dictionaries compiled by Monier Williams and V. S. Apte. This dictionary will be very useful for a student who studies Sanskrit in English medium.
