Goðafoss, IcelandGoafoss, the Waterfall of the Gods, in northern Iceland. I made this from a low position right at the edge of the falls, practically at water level on the right side of the horseshoe. It's a precarious spot, with spray freezing on the basalt underfoot, but the perspective pulls you into the scene in a way you simply can't get from the viewing platforms above.
