Lighthouse Beneath a New Moon, Skellig Michael, KerryI was picking my way back down from the South Peak of Skellig Michael, careful on the descent, when I stopped and looked toward the lighthouse below. I'd been out there many times before but never seen this particular view. Not from this angle. The cliffs fell away steeply beneath me, all those layered textures of rock and grass forming wonderful converging lines that pulled the eye down toward the lighthouse building at the water's edge. And there,
